1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Where duplicate Accounts are identified, bd978 reserves the right to close all but the oldest Account, to void any Wagers placed across duplicate Accounts, and to forfeit any Balances held in the closed Accounts.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. bd978 is not liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information, including delayed or rejected withdrawal requests.

2.4 Account Security

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bd978 will treat any activity conducted using your login credentials as having been authorised by you. 3 Account Management

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

bd978 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request that a Player complete a KYC verification process. This process may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. bd978 will not process withdrawal requests that exceed the applicable threshold until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

bd978 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Engaged in any form of fraudulent, dishonest, or abusive conduct;
• Operated duplicate Accounts;
• Attempted to exploit software errors, bonus structures, or Platform vulnerabilities;
• Engaged in activity that bd978 reasonably considers to constitute money laundering or any other financial crime.

In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, all Balances — including both real-money and Bonus Funds — in the affected Account(s) may be forfeited without compensation.

3.3 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting bd978 support. Before closure is processed, any pending Wagers will be settled according to normal rules, and any remaining eligible real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd978 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

4.2 Deposit Processing

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

4.5 Withdrawal of Real Money Only

Only real-money funds that have been deposited by the Player, or Bonus Funds that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement in full, are eligible for withdrawal. Uncleared Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn and will not be included in any withdrawal request until the associated Wagering Requirement has been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.3 Bonus Expiry

5.4 Bonus Abuse

bd978 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus Funds — and any winnings derived from them — where bd978 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, opening duplicate Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedge bets to meet Wagering Requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently closed.

5.5 bd978 Discretion

bd978 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. bd978 also reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Player is eligible for a particular promotion.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the bd978 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. bd978 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement. In-play bets that are placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined will be voided.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino Games

Casino and live casino games on the bd978 Platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. 6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a Platform or game malfunction, all affected Wagers and payouts will be considered void. bd978 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players and to restore any real-money stakes placed on void Wagers to the Player's Account Balance. bd978 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a malfunction beyond the restoration of the original stake amount.

6.4 Bet Settlement

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd978 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using another person's Account or payment method without their explicit consent;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic or access restrictions;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward bd978 staff or other Players;

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bd978 Platform — including but not limited to the bd978 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bd978 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No Player may reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of bd978.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit bd978's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments

bd978 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to deposit limits, withdrawal procedures, bonus terms, or Player rights — bd978 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or on-Platform notification. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

A Player's continued use of the bd978 Platform after a change to these Terms and Conditions has taken effect constitutes that Player's acceptance of the amended terms. If a Player does not agree to the amended terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 3.3.

12.2 Termination by bd978

bd978 reserves the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions and close a Player's Account with immediate effect where the Player has committed a material breach of any provision. In the event of termination for cause, bd978 may withhold any Balance pending investigation of the relevant breach.

12.3 Governing Language

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. English is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English text shall prevail.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the bd978 Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms applicable to a Player's Account, constitute the entire agreement between bd978 and the Player with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
